The words youth and co-operation can give the actual meaning and
definition of this YCP. Aim of this program is build the international
co-operation between youth .We are in the age of 21st century "The
Competent Universe", we should have ready to face each competition with
great deal. For this world we need a great mixture of everything like
education, experiences and human nature. By this program youth people can
get little experience. This deal with foreigner could indeed open the door
to realistic co-operation with us. In our program period of seven weeks
youth learned descriptions of international co-operation like how to
behave with different cultural backgrounded people, their interest and
attentions. Actually it gave us communication skills of various
international cultures.
It was definitely difficult to work with different cultural group because
we have very unlike background individually. Most highlighted problem of
every person was communications. Due to bad communication people couldn't
understand each other, bad things to do team work.
We learned more things like known each other; known Tibetan people, their
culture & concern about their problems; how to work in one community by
individual groups; how to utilize the youth generations; how to preserve
culture & originality from Norbulingka (Tibetan Refugee Camp, Kathmandu).
We learned about the ethnics and indigenous people of our country; their
culture, ceremony and heritage; problems of substance drug abuse on the
youth generations mostly in the city area from (KYC) Dharan. From two
different training we learned like; brochure, newsletter, recipe book,
writing article, pagemaking, teaching methods, drama and many more. And
personally developed like intellectual power, increasing experiences &
responsibilities and got confidence. For the new world's globalization era
, human being should have good co-operation with different cultural back
ground, because of to be a good mannerism and confidence people. We should
have respect different religions, casts, group, their culture &
concerning, easier to behave like differ base.
