Introduction
JASC was established in 1995. Its main objective is to empower and
uplift the socio-economic status of the rural poor and the
disadvantaged communities in two VDCs, i.e. Hariharpur and Dubiya
of Kapilvastu. Besides, JASC has actively been involved in
self-help promotion and saving credit program in two other VDCs
with support from GTZ/NGO FUND Project.
